Surprise your guests with this curious drawing of red which are used whole clusters, as they reach the winery, not de-stemmed. Once in the fermentation tank, produces a light natural carbonic maceration, which gives a pleasant sensation of “sparkling”.

Fruity on the palate, aromatic and smooth on the palate.

Pairing: perfect to accompany red meats, spicy or barbecue, stews, white meats, fish blue, tataki, pasta, cheeses, cured, Iberian and risottos.
